So is mine, died much too young. But I have 4 others now, one niece of her.

Hello all! I've been around for a little bit and figured I'd introduce myself. My name is Matt. I live in NYC and I'm a legal analyst - intellectual property and technology. In case you think that sounds fun, it's not. Up through college I was pretty damn serious about the violin. Dabble in sax and guitar. Despite the classical training I listen to a lot of rock/metal. My first "real" headphone was an ER-4s from Headroom in 2002 (I think?) and I was instantly hooked. You couldn't pry those out of my cold dead hands. Year later I bought PSB Stratus Bronzes (thank you, Stereophile) and an Infinity sub for my tiny single dorm room. Hell yeah! Headed down the rabbit hole from there. I spend a lot of time (too much) at Head-fi and regularly post over there. I'm also a bit of a computer nerd. Happy to be here!
