Haha. It's OK to lurk. I actually lurked on HF for years before my first post. Welcome!

Lurking is one of the things that everybody here shares.

Before I even dared to post something I read simply to learn what kind of people would post. HF-lurking was part of my journey into this hobby.

Hey everyone!

I'm Sam, from Pittsburgh.  I play the tuba.  I have a lot of HP gear as that is how I prefer to enjoy my recorded music.  I've picked up a lot already from this site (lurking) and thought it time to introduce myself.   :-DD

Welcome, all!
I lurked my way into membership, too.

It's really pleasing to see so many new members, and good ones at that.

Enjoy.

Hi everyone,

I'm basically one of those extremely uninformed HF users who started to recognise the names of respected individuals from multiple websites and somehow found my way here. Lurking here filled out a lot of gaps and got me to start making some sense of the hi-fi hobby.

I own a T1 as a gift and have since been trying to figure out how to make them sound the way strangers in the internet say they should.

Didn't think I'd post any time soon but the anime mp3 comment by marvey was low as fuck. Even we anime-watchers have the standards to look for high-quality source files  >:(

Welcome and please do not feel offended. Jokes and mockery are part of life.

If you seriously disagree with Marvey though, simply "Tank" him with some Cowboy Bebop music? I hope you get the hint  ahoy

P.S. The Cowboy Bebop soundtrack is high on my musical wishlist.

No real offense taken. All is in good fun.

I ended up being disappointed with Bebop because of all the hype it got, not to say there was anything particularly bad about it since it definitely had its moments.
