We'll form a group of 2 (to begin with)..

Somehow I don't think that joining a group with you is likely to cure me of having more than one headphone: more likely it will convince me that six or seven high-end 'phones is not enough!

Better we stick to idly and music  :))

Welcome to the newcomers, many of whom will be seasoned headphoners already. It is a wonderful forum. I just got perfect in-a-nutshell advice that I might have had to dig through thousands of posts in some other places to find (I did look, of course). Of course, wonderful will lead to success, and success will lead to growth so it might get big, but so long as a pirate can still call a pirate an asshole, it will still be great  :money:  :)p13

but...
My name is Jamey and I'm a recovering headphone junkie.
I can't see how this place is going to help cure your addiction!  :)p7

By the way: growth leads to higher costs. This is one of the very few places on the net that I exclude from ad-blocking, and I make an effort to click on some of them regularly too.  It's just a personal suggestion from me to all new members to consider doing the same.  ahoy

Nick, who said I was going to cure you. Misery loves company and I was hoping to persuade you to get some of the TOTL HPs that I did not get.... the Abyss for starters :)

Hi my name is Rene.  In the past year I've went from thinking that the schiit bifrost/asgard combo seemed like a lot of money to spend on headphones to now my (hopefully) endgame setup of EC 2a3 mkiv and krell kav-400xi for my HD800's and HE-6 respectively.  My gf, of course, thinks I'm crazy.

Welcome! I was wondering how long it would take you to make it over here :)

It is better by far that I never, ever look into the abyss!

French music is quite good.  So is their cooking.  The question is whether they can do both at the same time?  :-\

Hey, been lurking for awhile.  I ended up trading my stratus for Kai's 2a3 mkiv.  Had the stratus for all of 2-3 weeks.  Lol.  Still waiting on the SuSy dynahi to get fixed.

I've tried.  Got her to say that the alpha dogs are nice.  Could be worse, she did end up buying the bifrost for me - which I eventually sold to upgrade to the gungnir.  She doesn't know I sold it...  :)

Well, my previous girlfriend was Chinese and she liked to cook. So the music was good and the food was tasty and healthy. What more can you ask for?
