This looks weird....WOW...what a curve..I guess this would mean that the voices are very prominent with very little bass.   Is that what you hear when you have these on?

I just heard a lot of midrange. Couldn't listen to them for long. My notes before I measured them: "huge wide bump at 3kHz. typical AT BS." LOL that's all I wrote.

They do have bass though - just couldn't get over the in-your-face mids. Think W5000.

Actually the sound is very nice and what I would call emotional, not painful at all.  I guess this is just more of the "AT" family sound coming out of them.

Here is another curve for this same headphone:  Can anyone explain the differences in curves? Technique?
