Sound

Perhaps too much bass impact and warmness built into these ones. Furthermore with certain songs these can sound very wonky. No brightness per say, but something is weird with the treble. They are fun to listen, but not revealing at all... where the fvck did the plankton go? Why is Madonna singing inside a bus?

Comfort

Comfy, but can get warm

Presentation

Not bad. Somehow they remind me of the Beats fashion.

Price

I think they are $135 on eBay... Dunno why.

Overall

Here is what I read from the interwebs:

"Unprecedented effect of bass:

Whole cavity patent is designed to emphasize bass effect by enabling double bass in one single horn. Bass effect is not solid beating but soft and touching, especially, low-frequency sound is like the comforting shock absorption effect of a luxury bus travelling smoothly on the highway with wide vision. It’s original and unprecedented bass effect of DONSCORPIO headphones."

Translation: Uber-bassy. Hear Mandonna singing inside a bus.

Now I want to try these while riding on a bus to block out the noises I hear inside one bus to be inside another bus with Madonna.

Also, 6khz ringing on one channel, and elevated bass distortion along with deliberate bass emphasis. Hmm

Huh, a little like an exaggeration of the Fostex/Denon FR rollercoaster http://www.changstar.com/index.php/topic,29.0.html

I think they are fun cans. Wish they were not so wonky for me.

Thanks for the plots on these ultrabike! ;)

When I first started to listen to them I thought that I had some DSP-like effect turned on so I started checking my PC settings... but no, they just sound like that! LOL
I actually like them because like you say, they are "fun" headphones. Clarity is not the best and the highs are definitely weird. For $120 I think they are a little bit expensive (although they do indeed look good, the DonScorpio Dolphins as well...) but I've definitely heard worse... (here's me looking at the whole House of Marley line...)

Thanks.
