Yes it is!  In many ways I like it better than Popeye's.  I'd have to drive to San Diego to get it though.  Too far.  They all closed down around here in OC years ago.

Asado in Dubai last night.  Nothing like a little baby goat.  Huge variety of meats cooked on the open grill.  Great meal.
